Common questions about the customization:

1. What kind of design proof should I provide?

How to do if I did not have design drawings can be provided? Do not worry, just provide us information you can provide, our professional design team will be free to make design drawings for your modification and confirmation. No design information? You only need to tell our professional customer service about your specific needs, we provide you with free design.

2. Will your company keep our Logo and design drawings?

Yes, we will keep the design drawings, including the Pantone color number of the Logo and your special demand to facilitate your next customization and design needs. 

3. Whom should I send our design drawings to?

You can give design or Logo and other materials to you professional customer service staff directly, they will fully handle the follow-up work until you make the final production design confirmation.

4. Can I specify the PMS Pantone numbers to print our customized gifts?

Yes, absolutely. But there maybe some additional expense because of specified color, or some products have requirement of minimum order quantity for Pantone color, professional customer service will help you solve the problem at this point. If you do not need a specific PMS color, we will do our best to produce product color which is the most closest to your requirements.

5. What’s the shortest time can I get my customized gift with Logo imprinted?

All the products have been marked delivery time, which is refers to the delivery time for whole parcel production time after the sample and final design draft have been confirmed, the delivery time is not included, if you have special production time demand, please contact our professional customer service staff or call 400-666-9881 and we will be happy to accept any of your needs and make endeavors to complete.

6. What kind of payment method you can accept?

Alipay and bank transfer payment are methods we commonly used, we also support public / private payment, or if you have other special needs, please contact our professional customer service staff to help you.

7. Can you provide an invoice?

Yes. We can provide formal machine-printed invoices for every contract,(ordinary commercial invoice plus 6% tax point, VAT invoice plus 12% tax point).

8. What is the plate fee?

The product price we marked is refers to commodity prices plus printing costs, but Logo plate fee (except some products indicate plate fee is for free, or most of the products’ plate fee are for free) is not included. Because different customers have different demand for Logo printing, therefore, the fee for the plate will be different, in general, silk screen plate fee is 35USD per color per location, for other special process, please consult professional customer service staff and you will know the exact expense details.

9. If I printed the same logo again, whether the goods need to pay Logo plate fee?

If you print the same logo in the same way within 15 days, and make advanced instructions to our professional service staff, you do not need to pay the plate fee again.

10. Can we print more or fewer gifts?

In principle, we have a minimum order quantity for each product. If you have fewer special needs, please contact our professional customer service staff, we strive to help you. If your order quantity is more, please contact customer service staff as well, and we will give you the most competitive price.

We will pay you 10% of the order daily or deal with this issue according to customer requirements.

We will give you return free of charge.

How to do about the imprint logo is not the same as the sample?
