Successful online payment Confirmation

(1) If the system does not indicate payment failure or success, you can check the balance of your bank by telephone, ATM machines, counter or login to online banking or other means, if your funds have been deducted, but the deal is still in the condition of new order, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible.

(2) If there are following circumstances happened, such as credit card overdraft, insufficient deposit bank balance, or accidental disconnection, which may cause unsuccessful payment, please log on "Member Center" and find the order, and re-complete the payment. After the order is generated, Happyway provides effective 24-hour time limit to members, and you can complete the payment within 24 hours.

4. You put what you have got in cart and fill in the relevant information; we will send order confirmation to you by email. When you received confirmation, please go to our settlement center and make payment on the premise of not modifying the confirmation, after that we will send remittance confirmation and other details to you by email.
