1. Silk Screen

Silk Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. It is wide-used, advantageous and extensive in printing materials such as the ink type and substrates, compared with pad printing and planography.   Silk Screen printing is not limited in substrate size and shape, and it can be molded on irregular surface. It’s one of the most efficient printing in terms of productivity, offering single color and multi-color imprint. Printed sheet is soft and elastic.

It has strong light stability. By pouring the light fastness pigments and luorescent pigments into the ink, the imprinted graphic will permanently maintain luster and not affect by sunshine, even glow in the night.

2.Laser

Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object.

Laser engraving machine is connected to the computer via a data wire. By installing supporting software in the computer, the laser engraving machine control system will write the text message, or LOGO pattern.

It’s widely used in metallic products, including metal card case, metal key ring, stainless steel bottles, etc.

3.Embroidery

Embroidery is the practice of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn, thereby completing the design of Logo or text message.

Embroidery is most often used on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and golf shirts.

4.Debossing

Debossing is a special printing technology in the process of printed surface decoration, which uses convex mold, in a certain pressure, to reform substrate so as to print text and LOGO. The imprinted graphics shows different shades of patterns, with a clear sense of relief, and enhances the sense of 3-D and artistic appeal.

Pad Printing is most often used on plastic PV products, such as packing cartons, trademarks, and binding books, calendars, greeting cards, notebooks. The use of Pad Printing is the best way to promote your products.
